Three Kings Movie Vuitton

Why does my husband enjoy these war movies? I just can't handle them... really.

Anyway, I finally sat down with him and watched this old flick- and there are tons of fakes in this movie. Piles of fake LV to transport gold bullion. Literally dozens of clearly fake bags Louis Vuitton pieces, in styles never made. I mean, they say that counterfeits fund terrorist groups and support in the all kinds of illegal and scary behavior... so I guess it makes sense.

Yuck all the way around. Can't we watch a nice chick flick?

EllesVMH: Louis Vuitton Celebrates International Women’s Day

I love what LVMH is doing for International Women's Day (March 8). They are exhibiting pictures of around 100 of their employees at the Avenue Montaigne headquarters. The exhibition is called “EllesVMH” and the pics were shot by famed photographer Christophe Beauregard.

WWD reports that included are Judith Dahan (Dior Couture studio assistant ), Mireille Song (Louis Vuitton sales associate) and Sarah Tyler (pastry chef from La Grande Epicerie). On March 5 there will be a private preview.

eBay Wins Counterfeit Battle Against Rolex

First Tiffany & Co, now Rolex. eBay's on a roll.

The decision found that once eBay had been alerted to the issue with fake Rolexes... that they'd done a fair job at keeping them off the site. The decision said "that Rolex couldn’t show that any similar counterfeit goods were offered on EBay after the company had been alerted to the sales".

Don't get me wrong, there are still those pesky little (cough) Hermes and Louis Vuitton cases that they took a major hit on!

And don't forget, they're facing L’Oreal any day now!

What do you think? Scream & MLK are digging the iconic Louis Vuitton monogram? This is the cover of their new mixtape.

It's hard to say what Louis Vuitton will think about this. They didn't like Rubin Studdard's, but they didn't mind Kanye's Louis Vuitton Don cover, so who knows.

Louis Vuitton Commissions The 19th Letter

Louis Vuitton Graffiti Sprouse Reyes

For the San Francisco Stephen Sprouse release party this month, Louis Vuitton has commissioned famed graffiti artist, Victor Reyes to do a big old graffiti "S" for the function, full on, with the iconic Louis Vuitton monogram subtly in the background.

Apparently, Reyes has got a thing for letters, as he should! They are very pretty letters! (Check out his, "The Seventh Letter")

Kanye West Graffiti Leggings

So, GQ gives Kanye an award for being one of the top 10 most stylish men in America.

And Kanye shows up for the shoot with Louis Vuitton Stephen Sprouse pink graffiti leggings around his neck- as a scarf.

Something tells me if I showed up at a shoot with leggings around my neck, they'd be calling me something... but stylish wouldn't be a word that would come up. No question about it, I just couldn't pull it off.

Chanel Personal Transporter

No, not the Chanel bike I blogged about last year (although that's greener AND better for you).

I love it. The economy is crumbling around the world and Karl Lagerfeld releases the ultimate in "you don't need it, but oh... how much fun that would be." And I guess "need" is relative. So here's the new black leather Chanel personal transporter, with all kinds of CC references and quilted 2.55 flavor.

So go ahead, save gas... ride a Chanel Segway!

Fashionphile on the E! Oscar Pre-Show!

OK, I admit it, I'm a total sucker for the Academy Awards! I love the dresses and the hair and the jewelry and the shoes and of course, the amazing little bags!

So, I am totally excited that this year, I get to be on the E! Entertainment TV Oscar Pre-Show talking about the style and trends of bags carried on the Red Carpet! I have no idea how much "airtime" I'll get- but I'm stoked just to be there!

Not only that, but we're going to be giving away three bags during the segment. E! was excited about a vintage or evening theme, so a lucky winner is going to come away with a mix of vintage and discontinued... a Louis Vuitton Monogram Ange GM, a small Chanel quilted flap and a Nancy Gonzales crocodile clutch.

Anyway, I am super pumped about it and hope I don't choke on live TV! Wish me luck and tune in on Sunday before the show!
