Our Monday Night auctions…

Most of you know that we list our weekly auctions each Monday evening. Well, we thought long and hard about it... and because of the wording of the emails that went out yesterday from eBay, we thought we'd hold off. The email below is an example of the kind of response we are getting from those emails:

Obviously, we can't go on, until all of our buyers are reassured. If you have bought from us- please know... this whole mess has nothing to do with the authenticity of our items. If you have any question whatsoever, feel free to take them to Louis Vuitton for authentication- you will have your fears set at ease. Again... this is an account security issue- not one that puts our credibility in question to the slightest.

Our TSAM was out of the office all day yesterday, but bless her! she emailed us after work hours! We explained to her how unhappy we are with the wording of the emails that went out from eBay regarding our TKO. We know eBay wasn't at fault here, but we're hoping they'll act as our business partners in this and will help us pick up the pieces as best we can. She totally agreed, and said she'd come in early tomorrow and work on getting a follow-up email to all that were sent the original emails. YAHOO!!!

Because of this, we decided to hold off on listing auctions until that email goes out. The originals significantly freaked out our buyers- enough to know that this is necessary. And we aren't suprised! We'd be freaked out if we got those emails too!!!

UPDATE:  We just noticed that a few of our items were on automatic relist from Channel Advisor and have posted to eBay.  We stopped as many as we could.
