  • Step 2

    After you’re done wearing your purchased item, hit the “Sell back” button in My Account to receive the estimated quote.

  • Step 3

    Send us your items with a complimentary shipping label or a free UPS Pick-Up.

  • Step 4

    Get your payment as soon as your item has been received and its condition has been verified by our team of experts.

Percent of the purchase price is calculated based on the timeframe in which the item is sold back to us, as well as the payment method chosen. All other payment methods will adhere to the following schedule: 0-3 months, 65% of your purchase price; 4-6 months, 60% of your purchase price; 7-12 months, 55% of your purchase price.

Refresh Program applies to all items purchased from FASHIONPHILE with the following exceptions:

  • Items that suffered excessive wear or damage after purchase from FASHIONPHILE. Items must pass inspection upon return, to ensure that the condition meets its original condition when purchased.
