We want you to be happy with your purchase and will accept returns for any reason.
- A free UPS label will is provided for all non international orders. Access these by viewing your the item you wish to return from your account purchase history. If you elect not to use this free domestic UPS return shipping, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. International return shipping cost is your responsibility. We do not authorize the use of express shipping for returns, of course you may elect to ship using an express method. You do not need a “Return Authorization Number”—just send it back.
- Items must be received back at FASHIONPHILE within 30 days of your order ship date.
- We do not refund Express or International shipping costs to include customs and taxes.

- If returning in person, items may be taken to any location (Beverly Hills, San Francisco, Carlsbad, New York City.)
- Signature at time of delivery is required.
- We recommend that you NOT use United States Postal Service—if you do, please buy insurance and save receipt.
- When taking return items to UPS and using the free printed labels for shipping, please wait for a receipt of acceptance from UPS clerk. Do not leave on counter without receipt as you will need the tracking information to trace your item in transit.
- Please take care of packing/protecting the item you are returning. If not in same condition as when purchased, it will affect the refund value.
FASHIONPHILE Reserve luxury layaway Purchase
- As agreed to when initiating any FASHIONPHILE Reserve order, there is a 10% Reserve service fee for a cancelation or return of a Reserve item. It applies to cancellations prior to shipping as well as items returned after purchase.
- As stated in FASHIONPHILE Reserve program, the Reserve service fee is 10% of the price of the item.
- All other Return policies apply to Reserve returns.
- It is recommended that if there is a possibility of returning item, the item should be purchased outright (not FASHIONPHILE Reserve) and you would have the bag for up to 30 days after the date of purchase to decide, therefore eliminating the Reserve service fee if returned.
- FASHIONPHILE Reserve is completely free so long as the Reserve is completed and not returned.
Item Condition & Tags
- Our Fashionphile ID tag & pink return tag must be attached to receive a full refund. Please return items in the dust bags provided.
- Item must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dust bag, box, lock, etc.)
- If item is returned to Fashionphile but is not eligible for full refund due to shipping after 30 days of of the original ship date, the return will be considered as a "BuyBack" at 70% of the purchase price if it meets the qualifications of that program.
- All eligible returns will be refunded to the buyer using the same form of payment which was originally used to make the purchase.
- If you change Banks/Credit card info between the purchase and the return, it is your responsibility to contact your previous institution and advise that a refund will be sent to previous account.
- Refund funds cannot be used toward another purchase. The refunded transaction needs to be completed per item.
- Fashionphile will process refunds within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
- If a bank gift card was used for the purchase, please do not discard card until you are certain the item will not be returned. Refunds will be refunded to gift card used.
- If a Fashionphile gift card was used for purchase that is refunded, a new Fashionphile gift card will be issued to buyer.
- Fashionphile is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, before or after purchase with Fashionphile.

As a re-seller of previously owned luxury goods and we sell as is, we do not provide a “warranty” of the workmanship of the brand—that would be covered by the brand manufacturer and you should contact them.
