This is an authentic CHANEL Velvet Quilted 2.55 Shoulder Bag. This is a perfectly elegant shoulder evening bag with a look of Chanel quality and sophistication. The bag is petite and features a luxurious black velvet reinvented envelope shape. It has a short and wide top flap with a bulbous frontal pouch shape that is a pocket accessible once the bag is open. This front pocket has a stitched diamond quilt. The bag has a removable, very long, thin silver shoulder chain threaded with black that allows the bag to be worn low at the waist for a very Coco Chanel look. A most stunning feature is the very prominent and large frontal polished silver geometric Mademoiselle twist lock closure that occupies a large portion of the front of the bag and this with the velvet give the bag its elegance. The interior is a double compartment with black Chanel fabric. For the evening, with the chain or without as a clutch, this is a truly exceptional Chanel handbag with the essential look and character of Coco Chanel.
