Jimmy Choo is a global leader in luxury shoes, handbags, and accessories. Following his father’s footsteps, Jimmy Choo began his career very young as a bespoke shoemaker. In the 80s, he moved from Malaysia to England to pursue higher education. Shortly thereafter, he decided to remain in England and established his Jimmy Choo couture line in London in 1996.
Today the name is famously known around the world for its handmade women’s shoes that are comfortable, glamorous, and playful. The label also includes sneakers, handbags, and small accessories. When Jimmy Choo left the company in 2001, his niece, Sandra Choi came on board as Creative Director, a position she holds to this day.
